The favela needs businesses as much as businesses need young people from the favela, and 18.6% of these young people are unemployed. At Gerando Falcões, we are training 1,200 young people in 2021, and in 2022, we will reach our goal of 10,000 young people qualified for the job market. Conecta Trampo wants to connect these trained young people to the job market and bring diversity to your company.
